Following the Sheppy Dog Fund Lecture, Mezcal in Oaxaca: A Craft Spirit for the Global Market with Dr. Ronda Brulotte, join us to experience the bold and smoky flavors of mezcal during this guided tasting led by bartender extraordinaire Chris Reynolds.

Guests will explore two distinctive mezcals, Paquera and Montelobos, served neat and in handcrafted cocktails inspired by flavors of the region. Charcuterie and small bites will be thoughtfully paired to complement the spirits, encouraging discovery and conversation throughout the evening.
