WAITLIST - Art & Yoga (YO-101, FA24)

The concept of the class is to facilitate relaxation in the mind and body as well as deepen the connection with art in the FIA collection. Each class will include viewing and discussing a work of art in the gallery followed by a gentle yoga practice. No prior experience is necessary.
